The smurf of Kemoh started with a very good micromanagement of infs, and added later mass-bikes, flamers and artillery-infs.
sCa^time needed the whole spectrum of UK's possibilitys to have a chance.
Pretty good game between UK and France in standard automatch settings. The France players starts off aggressively and builds mass infantry to pester his opponent and attack his eco. It was extremely effective early on as France microed its units well and destroyed several UK buildings including a gold mine and barracks. The UK player did an equally good job by using his tommies very effectively and microing well. He also kept one villy to continue to build economy at all times around the map. Building a gold mine here, a farmhouse there and so on.
At one point in the game the UK player had no military buildings and not many infantry if any. He was smart enough to build a University away from his main base. He then researched Mercenaries at the University and that move turned the tide of the battle in his favor.
The French players error was too many infantry. Three barracks up before he decided to build an armory. Mass smokers could have helped, but once again I am a fan of Seige. Especially against UK. French seige is very good and although expensive would have worked well in this situation. Also from what I remember only one Seige factory was created by the France player and the UK player had a few bombers built. If this was Kemoh, he did a poor job of countering in this game, which is very unlike him, specifically in WW games.
Additional Comments:
UK can be a difficult civ to beat, especially if you are not aggressive. The french player was very aggressive int this match, however poor countering in every aspect and smart thinking on the UK players part sealed the France players doom. If this match had better countering it would have been a 4 rating.

I think the French player did a great job raiding in the beginning. He also did well escaping the bombing runs that would have been so much more devastating.
However, RTE is correct: he did not build enough seige at all.
It seems like his performance diminished as the match went on. However this is a great match and was very fun to watch, since, as mentioned, time had no military buildings at one point.
