Help me, serious crashing problem!

Ok first off, I've searched this proble, Ive gone to activsion. I've read all the support things of how to fix this, but it dosn't work!

Ok I bought this game today, I installed it, then about 2 minutes or so into the game,(not playing the game, main menu too) It crashes and restarts my comp. I can't do anything please tell me what to do.

I have a Radeon(SP?) 9600 which I think is alright for this game.

I want to play this game but i'm getting so angry, I might bust this into a wall.

Please help me,

Nevermind that, I don't know what I'm thinking. Ask Activision.
