Installation:

Extract the THREE .wav files to: C:Program FilesActivisionEmpires Dawn of the Modern WorldDataSounds (Default)
Extract the ONE .sst file to: C:Program FilesActivisionEmpires Dawn of the Modern WorldDatatextures

How do you reskin Empires units?????

Download Confused Soldier's Modding Guide in the Design Hints, Tip, and Tutorials downloads section. I learned through trial and error mostly. Basicly all you need is EE Studio and a .tga editor. EE Studio is comes with the Modding Guide.
