Victory wasnt allowed, there was no victory trigger. It was a slow build up, increase the speed or make the build up more interesting, ie fend off rebels well massing up. It took longer to play than it did to make no doubt.
There was no way you could win, it was possible however to lose because you could explore then have them follow you back home.
It was bland and had very little creativity.

It was all grass, put grass undergrowth under trees and coral and underwater terrains by the water.
No instructions or plot except the name of the opposing army which i forgot.
Overall the scn was done quickly and poorly. This is not to say ur scn design skills suck, my scns looked like that too when i first started. For a better score add some terrain, plot, and make the scn exciting. If there are instuctions telling you that you are about to enbark on the biggest battle mankind has ever seen for instance, it gets more exciting and overall more fun.
