This is a Gate effect that uses some of the very powerful things in the Empires map editor with use of some useful bugs.
Descriptions are in the scenario, and in the triggers. Please open this scenario in the editor.
Pardon any mispellings in scenario as I originally thought about not making any at all...writing the instructions took over an hour, the scenario took 30 minutes.
I didnt understand a thing of how to do this!!!!!! it went thru my head and out of the other side....TIP: explain it in a easyier language!!!

Where would I start explaining...
-A gate is made from wall foundations.
-Impassible tiles are replaced with balloons, then are replaced with wooden fences as they rise.
-condition is set for when gate "has state" open, and closed to start sequences to rise and lower wooden fences.
-The fences don't actually rise, it is justs timed replace to imp tiles and back to fences.

i uderstand it i just now am trying to figure it out my self(AKA trying to make my own^ ^)
