Revolutionary Battle is a short movie depicting a battle between Americans and British Colonials. Although short, the realism and detail put into the movie more than makes up for the lack of "movie".
I can sum the scenario up this way: It's a good movie, but it has a feeling of incompletion to it. Certain parts of it just makes it seem like the author just went tired of editing the scenario and just uploaded it "as-is".
The movie is about a battle between a British and an American army in a hilly temperate terrain "somewhere in North America". For some reason, though, you don't get to know why they are there, why the battle is important, where in America they are, etc. Some more background would be nice.
The battle is mostly made up of two infantry regiments shooting at each others. The order of fire during the exchange was a bit odd to me. The British soldiers just stood still as the Americans fired volley after volley at them. We didn't get to see much of the effects of the American artillery either.
The scenario has a background musical track, which adds a bit to the content and atmosphere of the scenario, and the map design was great. The author made use of a variety of eye-candy and elevation to create a realistic-looking battlefield. There's grass, variation of terrain, rocks, and everything.
However, the end of the movie is a serious let-down. The terrain goes blank for a few seconds (save from some variations in grass and a few houses), which really pulls it down (surprisingly, too, as the rest of the map was so well-detailed). Then, there's a short message , and the scenario ended. For some reason, I was shown the Statistics screen at the end of the scenario (with one of the players being named "gdj"). Showing the end-game statistics (especially with that orange player with the "random keystrokes name") is a pretty big thorn in the eye.

PS: I'm no big fan of ratings in the first place (although I have to admit they help you find scenarios in a download centre with thousands of downloads), and I'm definetly not including one here. The review should make my opinion of the scenario clear.

Well the redundent volleys of fire are to show the standard order of British 'Civilized' warefare.
