I started doing this after watching replays where the villager would build something and then stop and stand there for a little while.
I also set waypoints on the rally points for buildings which can be fun for setting up groups to circle around someone's base and rally in the back for raiding, or avoiding AA. Waypoints for the tc are critical sometimes when your resources are in weird spots and the citizens would naturally go a strange way to get to it.
This actually worked out well for me recently in one MP game where I was germany and I had a villager queued up with waypoints who spent the whole game spamming my side with universities. It didnt take any micro and it made me harder to kill and improved my LOS.
I don't see this in replays, and it might be good, so I thought I'd throw it out there.
Do you think this saves time, or wastes time to do stuff like this?
